Trailfood: meal plan

So be aware that this system has been developed with traveling with a friend so you might need only half of it while traveling alone. But everyone has a different appetite and comfortzone coming with it. You need to find your own balance through testing. 

In the morning(while still at campsite, shelter or hostel): hot meal, depending on mood and weather hot beverage, preparing protein shake

During the day: Snack and energy bars. We try to stick to 3 out of this 5, potato chips, chocolate, nuts, cookies, dried fruits, 

Lunch: bread or snacks, if bad mood or weather and a good resting places is available hot beverage or soup

Dinner(when arrived at campsite, shelter or hostel): hot meal, depending on mood and weather hot beverage,
